Adds a 6-digit code from your authenticator app on every sign-in and lets you reset your password if you forget it. You'll scan a QR code on the next screen. Without this, a forgotten password can't be recovered — there's no email on file to reset with. (You can also create one-time recovery codes in Settings after you sign up.)
